This study investigates the mediating effect of the knowledge creation process between two independent variables (entrepreneurial management and entrepreneurial orientation) and dependent variables (firm

performance) by employing survey data collected from 518 small and medium-sized enterprises in Thailand. Quantitative research was conducted and the data set was analyzed using the AMOS program, SEM (Structural equation modeling), and the hypothesized model was proposed and tested. The generated and

operationalized knowledge creation process dimensions include, socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization (SECI), which were employed as the mediating variables to determine the relationships between entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial management, and firm performanc

e.The findings show that entrepreneurial management and entrepreneurial orientation have positive impact on firm performance, and the mediating role is played by the knowledge creation process in the relationship. The results provide implications for prospective entrepreneurs who can utilize and ada

本實驗所使用的聚酰亞胺(Polyimide)薄膜為一種高分子材料,已應用於各類的工業工程,其具有低介電常數(2.8~3.4)、高耐熱性、抗幅射性、抗化學腐蝕以及極佳階梯覆蓋等等可應用元件製程的優良特性。 本論文提出不同的「電容式相對濕度感測器」之設計、製作完整特性描述,研究過程中我們採用聚酰亞胺薄膜作為電容式感應層,其作用為提高對於濕度之靈敏性和穩定性,實驗之製程為透過高溫爐管成長2μm厚度的SiO2在6吋P型(100)矽基板上作為絕緣層。接續利用電子束蒸鍍方式在其表面成長200nm/50nm的鈦鋁下電極,並接著使用黃光微影的方式定義出本實驗所使用的聚酰亞胺薄膜圖形,最後再使用

電子束蒸鍍方式在其薄膜上方製作出不同型態,厚度為200nm/50nm的鈦鋁上方電極,並使用RIE電漿蝕刻方式在其表面形成孔洞,以此比較平坦與多孔型態對於靈敏度之影響,在後續測量過程中,觀察完成之元件在不同溫度(30°C~70°C)和不同相對濕度(35%~95%)下的變化度,並紀錄和分析其靈敏度之改變。 本次研究中,所得到的最佳參數在腔體溫度為50℃時,達到最佳靈敏度2.685pF/%RH,且具有低遲滯性3.18(%RH),並展示出相當好穩定性變化率3.5%與精確性4.5%,更多詳細內容將於本研究論文中繼續探討。
