在講求分工細緻化的現在，將企業非核心業務外包(或稱「委外」)給其他企業，以提高自身競爭力及客戶滿意度，已經是相當普及必須的策略；清潔服務業亦順應此一策略而興起並逐漸產業化。在對外包企業的績效評估上，關係到外包契約的繼續與成本、服務品質與滿意度等方面。本研究旨在探討醫療機構對外包清潔服務公司之績效評估；本研究根據醫療機構的特性，結合服務品質指標及外包評選指標製作問卷，透過問卷調查分析來建構醫療機構對外包清潔服務公司合理化的績效評估與回饋。研究結果顯示，期望平均值最高的是反應性構面的「清潔服務公司員工會依照現場需求提供適當的服務」，顯示服務業的特性及現場服務的應變性。滿意度平均值最高的項目為可靠
性構面的「清潔服務公司能準時提供完成所承諾的服務」，這可歸功於提供服務的清潔服務公司已經有公司化、組織化，不再是過去的單人服務，加上與醫療機構的契約內容，依約行事， 在現今已經有一套完整的標準作業守則。財務經濟構面二維落點分析顯示受訪者對清潔服務公司的經濟實力仍有相當的疑慮。保證性構面4項指標問題全部進入四個類別受訪者期待值的前10名，顯示由受過完整訓練的人員所提供安心保證可信賴的清潔服務示受訪者最注重之事。此次評選績效指標並沒有外包準則指標入選，惟因應政府採購法規的頒布，績效評估指標也應符合內外部的採購規定。
