This study aims to determine factors affecting mobile payment (m-payment) continuance intention based on the UTAUT. In addition to UTAUT, reputation, trust, and satisfaction have been added to examine the effect on continuance intention. Currently, the development of mobile payment in Indonesia is

developing at a fast pace. OVO is one of the leading players in mobile payment industries in Indonesia, it is important for OVO management retaining users by maintaining service quality and identify the factors that influence its continuance intention.Data collected from 309 respondents, SPSS 20 is

used to analyze the hypothesis of the research. Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to examine the relationships between variables. This study also identifies gender differences in continuance intention. The results show that reputation, effort expectancy, and soci

al influence positively influence trust. Reputation, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions affect satisfaction. Trust and satisfaction determine continuance intention of mobile payment. Gender differences show that Indonesian male tend to be social-oriented and Indon

esian female tend to be task-oriented. The results focused on OVO need to improve users’ experience and the system quality to maintain users’ continuance usage of the mobile payment.
