高齡者虛擬實境懷舊系統之設計開發

台灣近幾年老年人口攀升讓高齡者在生活情感適應上出現許多問題,衍生許多長期照顧的困難,政府需投入大量的人力來照顧高齡失智症(Dementia)患者,本研究之目的,在於以互動式行動載具(Mobile Vehicle),或透過虛擬實境(Virtual Reality,VR)融入懷舊治療活動之介入,建置「VR懷舊系統」,並以科技接受模式來驗證高齡者對「VR懷舊系統」的「使用態度」與「再使用意圖」。本研究分為四階段進行:(1)「VR懷舊系統」建置,搭配VR 眼鏡與手持行動裝置,由VR進一步觸發導覽介面,以3ds Max做三合院場景3D建模,V-Ray算圖後,進一步以Unity引擎整合開發成「VR懷舊系

統」。 (2)「VR懷舊系統」的科技接受性,系統模型透過Davis et al. (1989)的科技接受模式為主要構念,對苗栗地區某苗栗私立科大的老人問卷,得到45份高齡使用者有效前測問卷,並分析信、效度。(3)本研究之正式問卷,搭配HTC VIVE版本的「VR懷舊系統」,帶領高齡受試者,沉浸體驗由Unity所整合開發的懷舊影音,得到405位高齡使用者有效正式問卷,對「VR懷舊系統」「知覺易用性」與「知覺有用性」,以IBM SPSS與IBM AMOS軟體,用李克特5點尺度問卷量表,檢驗「使用態度」、「使用意圖」與「實際使用行為」。(4)「VR懷舊系統」改良,增加卡拉ok互動、手持控制器方向修正

、介面字體之變大。本研究獲致主要結論如下:(1)建置一個以高齡者體驗的「VR懷舊系統」,可有效提升高齡者的「使用態度」、「使用意圖」與「實際使用行為」,改善高齡化之生活;(2)此設計開發之「VR懷舊系統」符合科技接受模式。
