2020年開始散播的COVID-19疫情,迫使教育現場加快了線上學習的腳步,經濟合作暨發展組織(OECD)在2020年3月發佈《教育因應新型冠狀病毒:擁抱數位學習與線上協作》報告,指出各國皆須對學校長期無法到校上課做好準備,線上學習的需求可能會持續擴大。但在線上學習過程中若缺乏對自主學習策略的調整與後設認知,學生將無法理解複雜的學習內容。 本研究發展建構在自主學習數位藝術的過程中擁有情感式對話機器人的陪伴,讓情感式對話機器人透過辨識文字語意分析情緒後,再出現文字回饋與之互動,藉此減少學習者的學習孤獨感,提供一種非權威式的同儕互動模式,適時地給予幫助,讓學習者在自主學習的過程中維

持正向的學習情緒,並結合WSQ學習單輔助教學,以此學習策略幫助學習者培養自主學習的能力、提高學習成效與自主學習滿意度。 實驗對象為南部某高中190名學生,實驗組在使用情感式自主學習系統中結合WSQ學習單,控制組在使用情感式自主學習系統時使用一般學習單,比較兩組學生在「學習情緒」、「正向學習情緒」、「負向學習情緒」、「學習成效」、「自主學習滿意度」以及「自主學習方式」之差異。運用訪談及統計量化分析方法:共變數分析(ANCOVA)、獨立樣本t檢定、線性迴歸和Welch’s檢定。統計結果顯示,實驗組在「希望」、「享受」、「自豪」的正向學習情緒、「學習成效」和「自主學習滿意度」比控制組高
