台灣觀光產業已經達到成熟，而要如何持續保持現有的旅客並且吸引更多潛在旅客是一個很重要的課題。近年來，擴增實境Augmented Reality(AR)和虛擬實境Virtual Reality(VR)的技術及其應用從各個角度受到越來越多的關注。儘管對於AR/VR的技術及不同目的之應用的研究數量激增；但是，AR/VR創新科技的實際應用在旅遊行業卻是被忽略的領域。本研究以文獻回顧及專家訪談，對AR/VR創新科技應用於觀光旅遊產業的實際案例有所描繪；同時採用創新擴散與創新抵制理論，解釋AR/VR創新科技在旅遊行業受到侷限的原因；最後，用鑽石模型理論分析，對台灣觀光旅遊業者及政府相關單位提出實際可行的

對於語言學習者來說，利用目標語進行社會互動能夠有效地幫助溝通能力的學習。然而，全球受疫情影響，各國實施社交距離並取消了各種公眾聚會，更不用說是出國，這讓語言學習者更難有機會語母語講者交流互動以提升溝通能力。網路社交媒體因此為語言學習者帶來了新希望。過去許多在電腦輔助語言學習領域中，使用了商業現成（commercially off-the-shelf, COTS）多人線上角色扮演遊戲（massively multiplayer online role-play games, MMORPG）作為第二語言學習的平台，得到了許多正向的結果。不過卻有學者認為部分MMORPG過於開放或以社會導向為主，其

缺乏明確的教學與學習目標，甚至欠缺遊戲的規則與機制，並將部分MMORPG排除在研究之外。同時又有學者認為目的過於明顯的任務可能會影響學習者學習成果。因此本研究使用FiveM架設以《俠盜獵車手5》為基礎的角色扮演遊戲伺服器，以學習華語作為第二語言的成人為研究對象，再加入任務型語言學習方法（Task-based language learning, TBLL）增強玩家在遊戲中的社交互動，以瞭解語言學習者在以社會導向的MMORPG中的社交互動以及語言學習社交策略為何。研究結果發現華語學習者利用COTS MMORPG進行非正教育學習，不只可以接觸到母語者，亦能夠因為社交對象不同的身分背景而有多樣化的真

實語境。遊戲中的學習者社群，也能給予學習者在遊戲上或語言學習上的支持。訪談內容則顯示，不同語言能力的學習者皆可能在遊戲中感到焦慮不安，包含語言焦慮及跨文化交流中的不確定性所帶來的焦慮。在社交策略的使用上，學習者最常使用尋求幫助、智慧猜測、主動開啟話題、提出問題尋求清或確認以及與母語者合作。然而對於中高語言能力學習者，遊玩COTS MMORPG並無法提升其聽力理解力。最後，依據研究結論，對華語學習者以及未來相關研究提出建議。
