兩岸電子競技產業發展之研究–以「英雄聯盟」電子遊戲競賽為例

自亞洲金融危機後,兩岸經濟逐步回暖,人民的生活習慣發生改變,加上政府大力推行電子相關產業,使得電子遊戲迅速在兩岸崛起,電子競技產業也慢慢地出現在兩岸人民眼中。2012年台灣隊伍台北暗殺星(Taipei Assassins)在S2英雄聯盟世界賽上奪下冠軍,讓世界各地的玩家們皆為震驚,同時也令台灣玩家為之瘋狂,就在眾人以為台灣電競產業將要順勢發展之餘,卻發現事實與其相反。台灣電子競技在接下來的幾年逐漸淡出英雄聯盟世界賽,無緣再進入總決賽。反觀中國,電子競技雖起步較晚,如今卻已然成為英雄聯盟世界總決賽上的常駐成員,在世界賽展露頭角,為中國拿下一座座冠軍獎盃,隱隱有超越韓國之勢。因此本研究以文獻分析

法與比較研究法,分別對兩岸電競產業之薪資報酬、文化與企業差異進行資料蒐集與對比,透過蒐集相關之專書、期刊、書籍、論文、報章雜誌、研究報告、官方統計數據以及市場調查等相關資料進行探討與比較。最終研究結果發現,目前台灣電競產業發展之難處在薪資報酬方面有:1.選手薪資較低、2.選手生涯保障不足;在文化方面有:(1)傳統觀念對電子競技的偏見、(2)新聞媒體錯誤報導;在企業方面有(一)企業投入不足、(二)沒有本土英雄聯盟代理商、(三)宣傳效果不佳。本研究認為,文化層面對於其他兩個層面之影響較大,若能改善台灣人民對於電子競技之偏見,使更多人願意接納電子競技這項新興產業,便可相對應提升薪資報酬與企業層面的不

探討斜槓青年職涯規劃之影響因素-以電腦遊戲玩家為例

隨著世代發展,斜槓職涯的概念興起,斜槓是以擁有多重職業或身份的多元生活方式,隨著電競遊戲產業的發展創造出多種與遊戲相關職業,如直播主、角色扮演等,但電競遊戲仍非多數人主要的職涯發展,遂引發了本研究之動機。本研究為了解以遊戲相關工作兼職的斜槓青年為何不以遊戲相關工作為主要職涯發展的原因,而斜槓青年的滿意度與原因為何,為本研究探討問題。經由文獻回顧,本研究以多元人生定義斜槓青年,以「穩定收入+興趣愛好」為本研究主要探討之斜槓青年類型,並依據青年的定義探討本研究之職涯階段為探索階段與建立階段,並採用機會-能力-價值模式為職業選擇之因素探討以及運用馬斯洛需求理論探討斜槓青年現況滿足。本研究採取質性研

究,以遊戲相關工作為兼職之斜槓青年為探討對象,針對斜槓青年主要職業選擇因素以及滿足於現況因素深入探討。透過訪談資料內容分析得出研究結論:(1)以遊戲相關職業兼職之斜槓青年,機會認知多以「就業環境的穩定性」外部因素判斷,以「專長」與「興趣」累積自己的能力。其最終選擇要素以「家庭觀念影響、個人價值與偏好認知」為主。受訪對象重視職業的穩定性與穩定收入,並認為若興趣發展為主要職業可能導致快樂感消失與壓力產生。故以專長為主要職業並以自我興趣發展兼職,創造斜槓職涯。(2)斜槓青年滿足現況主因為擁有穩定的職業,同時可滿足個人興趣,並由兩種職業創造收入,達到經濟與生活平衡,使斜槓青年滿足現況。本研究限制在於僅

訪問以遊戲為兼職者,並未訪問以遊戲為主業者,受訪者年紀在20~35歲間未考量成家立業長期需求。本研究主要貢獻在於肯定電競遊戲產業可藉由兼職增加產業人才,同時也應提高工作之薪資條件與社會認同以取得較佳人力資本。
