受益於資訊科技高速發展與新技術簇擁下,帶來無所不在的數位學習環境。其中,以聽覺為主,提供多元性內容的數位媒體Podcast (播客)平台可適用於通勤、運動者等零碎時間進行學習更接近使用者聽覺體驗,因此,Podcast的操作介面設計與使用性更顯得重要。本研究依據文獻蒐集與分析針對市占率最高的蘋果智慧型手機iOS系統內建Apple Podcast App為研究主題,以不同學科分類(人文、社會、科技)的在學學生為對象,探究使用Apple Podcast App於介面操作所產生之績效差異。本研究藉由焦點團體法探究Apple Podcast App於娛樂性、知識內容功能上之需求,並據以設定典型工作項目

及步驟。再者,運用績效量測法進行使用性測試,依據實驗分析結果顯示:(1)不同性別受測者對Apple Podcast App介面使用之操作時間與錯誤次數績效沒有顯著差異;(2)不同學科分類背景受測者對Apple Podcast App介面使用之操作時間績效具統計顯著性,且人文類與社會類的受測者在操作「調整節目播放速度」功能之績效分析具顯著差異;(3)受測者完成各項典型工作任務之績效比較,「給予評分與評論」功能比其他任務步驟花費更長的時間且具顯著差異性。此外,為探討用戶對於Apple Podcast App介面操作感受與想法,透過系統使用性量表、使用者互動滿意度量表與功能問卷調查進行介面使用性評估

隨著科技時代躍進,教學方式結合科技此技術已趨於成熟,如今大部分課程都會使用電腦、投影機進行課程,也因為科技發展使教育更加多元化也更加活潑。然而仍有少部分因為課程安排與教授方式無法導入科技教材,尤其幼教課堂,受限於學童年紀與生理限制過多科技的導入會造成學童生理傷害以及增加認知負荷,因此現行仍有許多幼兒園較少使用科技產品進行授課。如今幼兒對電子產品並不陌生並且新世代幼教人員對於科技導入課堂的接受度高,因此本研究致力於開發一套系統透過導入機器人輔助幼教課堂,能透過機器人所預備之功能提升課堂教學品質。本研究於系統開發前先整理探討學童發展與幼教課堂特性,並且整理分析各式教育機器人的特性與應用找出最適合

本研究之機器人,再根據人因和介面設計歸納出適合本研究所使用的互動介面。本研究族群為四歲至六歲學童並且實際至幼兒園導入幼教課堂中進行公開展示,展示之後針對愉悅性和專注力透過問卷調查與專家訪談之方式進行調查與分析。根據文獻資料探討與整理,提出「森林便當店」機器人互動系統,互動方式採用情境式學習的方式,透過機器人朗讀故事同時繪本本身具有背景音樂以及動畫以此吸引學童的注意力並且增加遊戲情境提升學童的愉悅性,透過物件辨識之方式進行遊戲為了增加每位學童參與度結合了食材卡教具透過提高學童參與度以及愉悅感加強提升學童之專注力,最終達到提升學習之目標。本研究運用機器人所具備之手部感測器、語音、馬達、物件辨識、同

步投影等功能設計一套機器人為主的互動系統其具備繪本故事情境與遊戲情境,透過遊玩方式進行課程提升愉悅性並結合幼兒園之場域進行公開展示,利用專家訪談及問卷調查並且進行分析本互動系統之成效。本研究透過分析後發現以下4 點研究成果:(1)歸納出教育機器人與陪伴型機器人的特性和應用;(2)開發適合各式教室環境下的「森林便當店」機器人互動系統模式;(3)導入機器人輔助幼教課堂具有良好的輔助效果;以及(4)本系統具備提升愉悅性與專注力之學習成效。
