隨著科技的進步,現今若想品嘗美食已無須親自購買,只需透過行動手機下載外送美食App,即可享用到熱騰騰的美食,因此美食外送平台逐漸被民眾喜愛。然而,在COVID-19疫情之下,民眾對其嚴重性是否會影響使用外送美食App的意願,此議題值得深入探討。由於科技接受模型是普遍用來預測使用者的使用意圖,因此本研究以科技接受模型為研究基礎,加入信任與知覺風險變項,探討在新冠疫情之下,知覺有用、知覺易用、知覺風險、信任與行為意圖之間的影響關係為何。本研究採用便利抽樣調查方式,並以全台曾使用過美食外送App之民眾為研究對象。共計發放420份問卷,剔除填寫一致或不完整之問卷121份,最終有效樣本共299份,有效

回收率為74.7%。本研究結果顯示:(一)知覺有用性、知覺易用性與信任正向顯著影響行為意圖。(二)知覺風險負向顯著影響行為意圖。(三)新冠疫情嚴重性會調節知覺有用性、知覺風險與行為意圖之間的關係。(四)新冠疫情嚴重性則在知覺易用性、信任與行為意圖之間不具調節效果。最後,本研究針對研究結果分別對知覺有用性、知覺易用性、信任、知覺風險等構面提出相關建議,以作為餐飲外送業者參考。關鍵字:COVID-19、科技接受模型、知覺風險、信任、外送App

隨著科技的快速發展以及智慧型裝置與行動網路的普及,智慧型手機為生活帶來了便利的生活,但也同樣的潛藏了許多的資訊安全(information security)的風險,對於桌上型電腦人們可以透過其他設備保護電腦,例如:防火牆(firewall),然而智慧型手機卻沒有。本研究藉以文獻整理提出研究模式,利用保護動機理論(Protection motivation theory)以及計畫行為理論(Theory of Planned Behavior) 以及預期後悔探討個人是否會遵守手機的安全規範保護手機。本研究透過網路問卷的方式,共收集到390份有效問卷,並使用SPSS以及SmartPLS統計軟體驗

證各變數的假設關係,以及變數之間的解釋能力,研究結果發現安全機制、社群媒體、安全意識,都會正向的影響中介值預期後悔,預期後悔也會正向影響遵守安全規範意圖。
