智慧反射平面(Intelligent reflecting surface, IRS)為在6G通訊領域嶄露頭角的新興科技，具有低成本且高效能的優點，且可以用來反射訊號至不同方向來操控通道環境。IRS能大幅彌補毫米波通訊中嚴重信號衰減和有限涵蓋區域等問題。智慧反射平面輔助系統中，發射機會控制裝在建築物表面或無人機上的IRS來反射訊號至原本受阻而無法服務的使用者。在此環境下，IRS可以藉由調整反射信號的相位來控制信號傳輸的方向。當服務多使用者時，如何設計IRS的移相器為一個十分複雜的問題。本作專注於使用毫米波通訊之多AP多IRS下行鏈路(downlink)傳輸系統，並假設AP到使用者的通道受阻，
