臺灣休閒露營地基礎設施需求之研究

　　臺灣近年來掀起一波露營熱潮，露營活動已經成了國人假日最喜愛的休閒活動之一。露營場地如雨後春筍般一家又一家的開，一些知名露營場地假日的營位更是一帳難求。然而，在這股熱潮下，有關營地設施、安全、規範或收退費等各種問題也是層出不窮。蓋因國內休閒露營地規劃時，對許多基礎設施並沒有詳細的標準，如此，營地經營業者無法有明確的規劃方向，提供的相關營地資訊更是容易缺漏，露營遊客也因此無法獲得正確、整體的資訊，這都是造成營地安全與衝突紛爭的重要因素。　　本研究使用深度訪談法蒐集資料，參考國內外休閒露營地設立之相關規定，整理出露營場地應具備之相關機能。透過三角驗證法彙整露營遊客、露營業者以及露營專家對臺灣休

閒露營場地基礎設施與分級之意見。經本研究分析、整理，提出以下三個要點：一、臺灣目前休閒露營產業以舒適型露營人口為主，認為營地應提供基本水、電、衛浴、休閒設施以滿足露營遊客需求，特別是對衛浴設施的要求為最高。二、重視露營的舒適度，而忽略營區應提供的安全、交通、管理機能。三、期待政府對於露營區的合法問題成立專責的部門，能立露營專法符合現今露營生活型態，保障露營遊客、業者之權益。　　臺灣休閒露營產業仍在蓬勃發展中，如何提升國內休閒露營地的品質與安全，並與國際接軌，引進國際露營地的星級制度，將臺灣壯麗的自然風景行銷世界，是未來的課題。

However, to the best of our knowledge, there does not exist an exclusive work that co-ordinates the disciplines of fractional calculus and special functions in a potentially

useful manner. This book is an attempt in that direction and would serve a dual purpose: in providing key formulas and identities involving special functions and also in opening up some novel avenues of applications of fractional calculus.

考量CSI相位偏移偵測與校正之室內定位演算法

通道狀態資訊(Channel StateInformation, CSI)可用於室內定位，起到監視人們生活的作用。它使用Wi-Fi多通道訊號，不受光源、聲音干擾，並具備優異的角度、距離感測能力。本文研究中心頻率5.22GHz，頻寬20MHz，56子載波的CSI量測值。在9個不同位置，收集實驗室中57個位置傳送的CSI訊號。在本研究中，我們發現隨機π跳動問題，使得每根天線的相位可能出現±π偏移，這主要是硬件的鎖相環造成的。由於相位的不同，三根天線之間有四種可能的相位差組合。為了估計使用者的位置，我們把CSI量測值轉化為熱力圖作為深度學習網路模型的輸入，來解決本問題。為了克服多路徑效應，經由多訊

號分類(Multiple Signal Classification, MUSIC)計算出到達角(Angle of Arrival, AoA)與飛行時間(Time of Flight, ToF)的熱力圖。然而，由於ToF量測平台存在延時偏移，在本研究中，把熱力圖最大值對應的距離平移到信號強度(Received Signal Strength Indicator, RSSI)對應的距離，再以接入點(access point, AP)的位置為中心，朝向為AoA參考方向，把極坐標轉為直角坐標。由於每根天線可能有π相位偏移，三根天線之間有四種相位組合，所以每筆資料的Rx有四張熱力圖。本文以卷積神經網路

(Convolutional Neural Network, CNN)、殘差神經網路(Residual Neural Network, ResNet)等神經網絡組成的深度學習網路(Deep Learning based wireless localization, DLoc)，用訓練出的模型對不同位置的預測準確度，來探究AP數量、相位校正等因素對深度學習效能的影響，並與深度卷積網路(Deep Neural Network, DNN)和SpotFi的方法在校正π相位偏移的效能上作對比。
