摘 要本研究旨在探討縣市政府以評鑑、訪視輔導及稽查機制，管理托嬰中心的成效以及分析對托嬰中心、托育老師、家長有何幫助及影響。首先，以縣市政府社會局人員、市立托嬰中心主管、托育老師及家長為研究對象。長達半年以上的時間，透過深度訪談法去蒐集各面向的資訊，並採用質性研究方法，透過訪談內容進行彙整、分析、歸納後，獲致下列結論與建議：壹、評鑑及訪視輔導指標之準則從衛生福利部提供的訪輔及評鑑指標，仍有許多看不見的隱憂，讓家長無法放心，尤其三年一次的評鑑，時效間隔過長。建議評鑑方式除了按照各指標，應現場觀察以及檢視檔案資料，納入平時稽查及訪視輔導，以貼近真實面貌。貳、評鑑及訪視輔導對於托育人

員的影響及幫助評鑑及訪輔的過程須至現場檢視，影響現場人員工作心態，以及干擾現場托育工作進行，另對人力需求大大增加。建議訪視輔導增加團體督導的時間，與實際現場照顧人員能夠共同討論、腦力激動和意見交流，更能提升專業的托育品質。此外，可另增加家長滿意度調查了解各方面需求。參、聯合稽查的助益不定期抽看監視器錄製內容，提升托育人員工作專職化等，聯合稽查的結果反倒是讓家長最為信任。可增加稽查的次數，每次稽查抽檢3~5的個時段，也可將聯合稽查結果納入評鑑評分項目內。

基於黑箱覆蓋等級指引之 REST API 模糊測試

隨著網路應用程式蓬勃發展，REST API 逐漸成為服務間的主要通訊方式。為了確保系統穩定與安全，軟體品質的提升勢在必行。黑箱測試能滿足廣泛測試的需求，然而一般黑箱測試沒有明確依據來判斷輸入的優劣。本研究將測試覆蓋等級加入至 REST API 黑箱模糊測試，以此做為模糊測試效益的回饋，有效地產生更適當的測試案例，改善黑箱模糊測試的劣勢。此外，也針對 REST API 解決測試複雜性的問題，並採用不同的變異策略增加觸發錯誤的機會及速度。經評估測試兩個大型開源專案，回報並已確認 89 個錯誤。測試 APIs.guru 共 64 個遠程服務，發現 351 個錯誤。
