本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、以及多元迴歸分析等方法，以解釋分析研究的結果。 研究數據分析顯示，訂閱者對於內容多元性、即時性、獨創內容、與娛樂性及有用性的選擇，皆會影響訂閱者對於OTT串流媒體服務的態度及行為，而且訂閱者對於此服務是滿意的，後續有較高的持續使用意願。
