產品服務系統(Product Service Systems,簡稱為PSS)是一種集成產品、服務、行動者網 路和支援基礎架構的系統。當前永續PSS(Sustainable Product–Service Systems,簡稱為 S.PSS)的研究側重於將環境因素納入設計開發中,面臨著四個方面的問題:第一, S.PSS 等舉 措尚未成為主流,並且缺乏支援這種轉變的方法。第二,永續的系統解決方案需要更大範圍的 利益相關者和更加複雜的關係。第三,工業生產正在向更能應對從大眾消費到個人行為和高度 個性化需求的時代轉變的模型發展,S.PSS 需要消費者的認可並具有吸引力。第四,PSS 中的 價值主張不

僅限於產品和服務,需要更多地关注永續價值主張的社會和經濟層面。本文旨在開發一種新的 PSS 設計方法,該方法將 S.PSS、服務為主導的邏輯和變革式服務 設計集成到價值共創的設計主張中。以設計研究法為研究框架,並結合 DANP 多準則決策分析 法和參與式研究進行理論研究、項目實踐和驗證分析,提出一個基於價值共創的 S.PSS 方法, 稱為「以價值共創為導向的產品服務系統」(Value Co-Creation-oriented Product Service Systems -VCPSS)。研究表明 VCPSS 能夠使利益相關者和行動者在永續的背景下,有系統的進行 PSS 的價值 共創:首先,V
