二氧化鋯全瓷冠內層黃金鍍膜對支台齒遮色效果之評估研究

摘要論文名稱：二氧化鋯全瓷冠內層黃金鍍膜對支台齒遮色效果之評估研究臺北醫學大學牙體技術學系碩士班研究生姓名：李守原指導教授：林中魁 教授臺北醫學大學口腔醫學院牙體技術學系在臨床上，全瓷冠贋復物治療常常會需要將牙齒修磨成支台齒的形狀，或是使用植體取代牙齒再戴上製作好的全瓷冠，然而，在長期的臨床觀察下，發現全瓷冠會因支台齒的顏色漸漸變深，而在陶瓷較薄的齒齦交界處透出，讓全瓷冠的美觀性下降，此論文研究之目的為探討顏色過深之支台齒使用了內層上金之二氧化鋯全瓷冠後，是否可以提升遮色效果，進而解決此問題。本研究使用A2色二氧化鋯瓷塊作為材料，將瓷塊切削、依廠商提供之燒結參數燒結，製作出長寬皆為1.0cm

正方形，且厚度為0.5、0.7、0.9、1.1mm的樣品，再在二氧化鋯內層加上金屬，樣品隨即進行噴砂處理，每個厚度之瓷塊分組為上金0層、1層與2層之組別。樣品製作完後先進行X光繞射法分析使用材料之結晶特性，再將樣品置於白色、18度灰、黑色之色卡上，用比色機檢測各樣品之CIE L*a*b*值並分析樣品的△E顏色差異值，討論二氧化鋯瓷塊上金與否以及背景顏色對樣品顏色的影響。實驗結果顯示：二氧化鋯的厚度會影響二氧化鋯的顏色，二氧化鋯厚度越厚，則顏色明度越低，色度會往紅色與黃色色調偏移；背景顏色對二氧化鋯有較大的影響，背景顏色越深，L*、a*、b*值下降越多，讓二氧化鋯樣品的明度、色度下降；上金後會影

響二氧化鋯本身的明度，但上金確實有良好的遮色的效果，而用來遮色的上金層需要一定厚度才能具有良好的遮色效果，在口腔贋復物的應用上有很好的潛力。
