中文摘要 現行高科技產業的生產模式主要以輪班制為主，藉由24小時的連續性生產，來達到公司及市場上所需，然而也為參與工作的人員帶來極大的生理挑戰，尤其對睡眠的影響。本研究以臺灣南部某科技公司之生產線員工為研究對象，探討輪班員工之個人特質、健康、疾病史及生活習慣等因素與睡眠品質之相關。本研究利用匹茲堡睡眠品質量表進行問卷調查，共發放200份問卷，依輪班班別進行分層隨機抽樣，有效問卷共168份，有效問券回收率為84%，資料以統計軟體SAS進行卡方檢定分析。 結果顯示：1.在「個人基本屬性」方面BMI值、教育程度及輪班多久對睡眠品質產生顯著差異性。2.在「個人健康史與疾病史」方面開刀經驗
