研究背景: 高壓氧(HBO)和高氧暴露已被證實是減緩新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)肺炎患者缺氧情況的有效方法，有研究指出近端與遠端呼吸道細胞中病毒入侵基因的差異性，而HBO和高氧暴露都已被證實會增加活性氧物質(ROS)和氧化壓力，各組織、器官中ROS透過上調Toll樣受體(Toll Like Receptor，TLR)表現或活性進而增強免疫反應，TLR也與慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)以及COVID-19患者的疾病嚴重程度相關，尤其是TLR2及TLR4，另外，ROS會影響許多幹細胞或前驅細胞的增殖、分化能力，因此我們想更進一步了解正常人及COPD患者近遠端呼吸道細胞基因表現的差異以及小呼吸道

細胞在不同的氧氣暴露條件之下病毒入侵基因，TLR pathway相關基因及幹細胞標記基因表現量的變化。研究目的: 探討正常人及COPD患者近端(HBEC)與遠端(SAEC)呼吸道細胞基因表現的差異以及正常人類小呼吸道上皮細胞(N-SAEC)及慢性阻塞性肺病患者小呼吸道上皮細胞(D-SAEC)分別暴露於常氧、高壓氧、高氧環境下其病毒入侵基因、干擾素相關與干擾素受體基因、先天免疫基因、TLR pathway基因與幹細胞標記基因表現量的變化。研究方法: 1)在常氧狀態下分別培養正常與 COPD 患者 HBEC 及 SAEC，直到第六天分別進行microarray與qPCR分析。2) 將正常與CO

PD患者SAEC分為常氧組、高壓氧組、高氧組。常氧組在常氧環境下培養六天，高壓氧組在第二、三、四天暴露於100%氧氣，2.5大氣壓力的高壓氧治療90分鐘，高氧組前三天於常氧培養，第四天開始暴露於高氧(85%)下直到第六天，最後分別進行microarray與qPCR分析。結果: qPCR 結果顯示，COPD 組 SAECs 對比 HBECs 病毒入侵基因ACE2、TMPRSS2、DPP4和TLR pathway 基因TLR2、TLR4、NFKB2、NFKB1A、IL-8、RANTES 以及干擾素相關基因IRF7、ADAR、IFNAR2、IFNGR2、OAS1、DUOX2 顯著上升，而SAECs

部分，HBO 暴露顯著增加了N-SAECs中 TLR4、CD40 的表現量，降低了D-SAECs中 TLR3 和 TLR4 的表現量，顯著增加了 N-SAECs 中 IL1B、IL6、IL8、IL12A、IL-33及RANTES 的表現量，FOXO1則是降低。此外，HBO 暴露顯著增加N-SAECs和D-SAECs中 TLR2、IL-8及 RANTES 的表現量，而 IRF7 在N-SAECs和D-SAECs中表現量走勢相反，N-SAECs提升，D-SAECs下降。高氧暴露下，病毒入侵基因 TMPRSS2、DPP4 和 ST3GAL4 ，TLR pathway基因TLR2，干擾素相關基因IRF

OCT4顯著下降，而NOTCH1、SOX2則是在N-SAECs與D-SAECs同步下降。結論:1）病毒入侵基因表達的增加與干擾素受體基因表達的增加有關，但與SAECs中促炎細胞因子基因表達的增加無關。2）HBO 和高氧暴露對 N-SAECs 和 D-SAECs 中TLR pathway基因和促炎細胞因子基因表達的增加有不同的調節。3) SARS-CoV-2受體基因ACE2、NADPH 氧化酶基因 DUOX2 和抗氧化基因 NRF2 在正常和 COPD 病患氣道中近端和遠端上皮細胞表達水平的走勢是相互關聯的。4) 高氧暴露顯著下調幹細胞標記基因在 N-SAEC 和 D-SAEC 的表現量。

自從 2020 年新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情爆發以來，台灣的防疫成就傲人，是全球少數在疫情肆虐下，能夠生活如常的國家。許多產業都遭受到嚴重的衝擊，其中觀光產業肯定是首當其衝，國際觀光和商務客流動的暫停，甚至是各國國內的封城，都重創觀光產業，包含旅行社、飯店、餐飲跟零售等。隨著科技網路時代的進步加上後疫情營造的電子商務逐漸成為趨勢，人們對於使用網路系統訂房，例如 Booking、Agoda、Hotels.com等網路訂房平台更加頻繁，但是消費者在訂房網站的收尋不盡人意，必須花更多的心力與時間成本去收尋相關的資訊，使消費者在訂房後抱持高度期待，卻又擔心在交易完成後不如預期，而產生受騙的風險

成本，這些正是交易成本理論的討論範疇。本研究旨在探討資訊收尋成本、道德危機成本、服務品質及滿意度，以南科贊美酒店之住宿旅客為研究對象。問卷採便利抽樣方式進行收集，總共發放 410 份問卷，回收410 份問卷，其中有效問卷 308 份，故有效回收率為 75.12%。本研究使用敘述性統計分析、信度與效度分析、因素分析、單因子變異數分析與迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析，研究結果顯示:顧客在入住飯店前的交易成本與入住後飯店所提供良好服務品質下,對滿意度有顯著影響，因此本研究實證結果可以提供飯店業未來在住宿經營與網路訂房行銷之參考依據。
