在鑑識科學的領域中，數位鑑識是物理鑑識領域中的一個新分支，隨著資訊科技與數位裝置的廣泛應用，益發突顯數位鑑識的重要性。而與數位鑑識息息相關之數位證據種類及態樣與日俱增，使得犯罪調查與數位鑑識人員的工作日益繁重與困難。個人在偵辦新興資通犯罪有關的案件時，常遭遇許多新型態數位證據的鑑識問題，然而可供直接參考應用的資料卻非常少，此外，對於此類過往未曾接觸或研究過之數位證據要如何下手取證及分析，也往往無應對之鑑識方法，因此，個人就將這些實務經驗轉換成本論文之研究動機。而本論文之目的則在探討數種在資通犯罪偵查與鑑識工作實務上較易接觸且複雜度較高之新興資通犯罪案件，並提出相對應之鑑識框架、數位跡證資料處

理的方法，以及鑑識特徵擷取的方式，希望藉以解決前述新型態數位證據鑑識之相關問題，並提供給資通犯罪偵查與數位鑑識實務工作者參考與應用。本論文探討之數位鑑識範圍主要包括以下4個部分：虛擬行動裝置、跨平台或反鑑識特性應用程式、非主流雲端服務，以及軟體偽變造。近年來，隨著跨境犯罪活動的迅速發展，駭客及網路犯罪份子不斷地跳出現有思維框架的限制，他們往往會發現系統中最薄弱之環節和可攻擊點，加以利用並造成公眾、企業和政府組織的損害與資安威脅。針對此問題，本論文另外一個研究的主題即是提出以結合數位鑑識工具及開源情報工具(OSINT)之解決方案，並整合在一個即時犯罪偵測與調查平台中，希望有效預防與快速地打擊不斷

本研究目的在探討使用Nearpod App融入國小四年級數位閱讀課程後，對學生的數位閱讀素養學習成效與學習態度為何，並探討學生使用Nearpod App融入課程教學後的數位學習預期心態與滿意度之情形。本研究以準實驗研究法為主，以新竹市某國民小學四年級學生為研究對象，有效樣本為82人，其中41人為實驗組，41人為對照組，進行11週數位閱讀課程。研究發現：一、 Nearpod App融入數位閱讀課程後學生數位閱讀素養成效：1. 「Nearpod App融入教學」教學模式對於國小四年級學生在數位閱讀課程的學習成效明顯優於「無Nearpod App融入教學」教學模式2. 「Near
