台北市計程車司機腰痠背痛影響因素之探討

長期觀察,在台北市區的上班族常常腰痠背痛不適感,且以肩頸痠痛及腰痠背痛為居多,進而聯想到在狹窄空間不易活動且久坐的計程車司機大哥是否腰背部肌肉比一般上班族更加容易腰部肌肉勞損更高?這研究結論類推適用於上班族呢?。勞動部統計肌肉骨骼系統傷害是造成勞工失能的重要原因之一,同時也是影響個人或家庭生活品質職業傷害病之一,其中一部位為腰背部位,造成計程車族對腰痠背痛的主要影響因素是本研究要加以探討的主要項目。本研究探討採用修正版德菲法及層級分析法首要先蒐集國內外有關腰痠背痛的相關文獻探討,並先建構出四大構面:生活層面、工作層面、情緒型態面、病理現象面,應用修正版德菲法,分別透過傳統整復業界與學術界專家
,利用匿名問卷調查,彙整專家群共識意見,並建構腰痠背痛因素, 對於肇成腰痠背痛影響因素,做成層級架構,導入AHP 層級分析法進行問卷調查,針對各項評估準則進行權重計算分析,並檢定確定影響因素一致性及權重優先排序。根據本研究結果可歸納台北市計程車司機腰痠背痛影響因素的重要程度依序為「生活層面」、「工作層面」、「情緒型態面」、「病理現象面」,研究結果也將提供、運輸業者、上班族群、學術研究、民俗調理傳統整復推拿業者等之參考依據,進而提升需久坐的工作者的生活品質,工作效能改善,並可預防保養,調整情緒,改善職場傷害,達到身心健康。
