本研究旨在建構公立博物館教育人員推廣教育素養指標，並針對指標進行評量調查，探討國內公立博物館教育人員推廣教育素養指標的符合程度。研究方法採用焦點團體座談、模糊德懷術、問卷調查法，首先經過系統化文獻探討，發展出指標架構雛型，輔以12位學者專家，南區與北區二次焦點團體座談結果，據以修訂指標內涵，並編製模糊德懷術問卷。接著組成11名成員的模糊德懷術專家小組，包含3位相關領域學者以及8位公立博物館界專家，進行模糊德懷術問卷施測。最後，立意抽樣26所公立博物館共377位教育人員，進行推廣教育素養指標符合程度調查，有效問卷共計303份，資料以描述性統計、t檢定與單因子變異數進行分析。研究結論如后：一、公

立博物館教育人員推廣教育素養指標分為「層面－向度－指標」三個層級，包括3大層面、17種向度和60項指標。二、模糊德懷術專家共識重要程度值在層面最高者為「推廣教育情意」、向度最高者為「抗壓調適」、指標最高者為「對博物館推廣教育具熱忱與興趣，能從中獲得成就感」。三、公立博物館教育人員推廣教育素養以「推廣教育情意」層面、「終身學習」向度、「願意持續學習，參與專業繼續教育」指標的符合程度最高。四、公立博物館教育人員推廣教育素養以「推廣教育技能」層面、「合作整合」向度、「能編列與執行財務預算」指標的符合程度最低。五、背景變項除「不同職務」未呈現博物館教育人員推廣教育素養指標符合程度顯著差異外，其餘9個背

景變項皆存在顯著差異。(一)  從事推廣教育年資5年以上、非公務人員、任職中央政府設立、自然與科學屬性、館員人數51人以上的公立博物館教育人員推廣教育素養指標符合程度較高。(二)  不同性別、不同年齡、不同最高學歷、不同主要業務公立博物館教育人員之推廣教育素養指標符合程度在3個層面無顯著差異存在，部分向度具差異性。(三)  不同職務公立博物館教育人員之推廣教育素養指標符合程度無顯著差異。本研究並根據研究結論，針對公立博物館教育人員、公立博物館與公立博物館主管單位與未來研究提出多項建議。
