隨著網路基礎建設普及化，網路攝影機已大幅度超越類比攝影機，未來幾年的成長趨勢持續看好，發展性大的產業勢必也會吸引許多加入者，在競爭者眾多的情況下，不外乎會出現低價搶市的現象。個案公司深耕影像監控領域已多年，品質與形象享譽國際，但因為這樣的競爭環境，也反映出節節退步的外銷市場，除了隨之起舞之外，要如何去因應並且兼顧企業的研發實力與發展？本研究利用PEST、五力分析、SWOT、策略架構等理論，評估分析個案企業的面臨的挑戰並提出可行性的策略主題。同時間輔以深度訪談的個案研究方式，彙整個案公司內管理階層的內容與意見，進而提出個案企業可行之經營策略方針，由上而下展開歸納各層級之策略方向，並由下而上的逐
