由於商業型態的改變到府服務已是現代商業行銷的一環,各行業藉著到府服務以提升服務品質與由於商業滿意度或者品牌形象已是司空見慣的商業模式,本研究透過網路表單調查C公司到府服務內容客戶與到府服務過程,並對客戶感受的服務品質與滿意度,運用IPA(績效分析)模式分析,將影響服務品質滿意度的因素整理,提供使用到府服務的業界參考。 以Parasuraman, Zeithaml & Berry (1985)所提出的服務品質(SERVQUAL) 量表,本研究針對有接受過C公司到府服務的顧客發放網路問卷。問卷於2022年3月06日開始發放,回收截止日為2022年4月02日。共回收問卷數量為141份,有效問

卷數量為110份。 根據以C公司為例的研究結果顯示:1.客戶對於業者「到府服務施工人員能夠一次把問題解決。」最重視。2.客戶對於「施工人員在在到府服務前會進一步先行通知。」表現上最滿意。3. 客戶對於到府服務的「施工設備很先進。」在重要度與滿意度方面表現不佳,宜更新改進。 4. 客戶對於「我覺得施工人員可以了解我的需求。」並不滿意,表示顧客在與業者的溝通上存異,應加強與顧客之間的溝通。因此本研究建議到府服務除了專業知識技能獲得客戶肯定外,理應型朔親切、效率受信賴的服務形象,業者對於內部作業更應簡化流程,便捷客戶掌控查詢進度,而提升服務品質更需要了解消費者習慣,從消費者的角度去思考並作改變,使

其因到府服務的優質過程,而提升消費客戶對企業的信賴和品牌價值。此外建議有提供到府服務業者在員工訓練與流程規劃應注意:一、加強到府服務人員溝通能力。二、避免無效率的虛耗人力。三、精益求精。
