注意股權結構表現中之董監持股率與控制持股率，在股權的分布狀態上取得最適均衡，以避免因股權間的利益衝突侵害到公司整體價值與經營績效；處於衰退停滯期之公司，應著重於營業獲利表現以及公司治理與審計表現上，專注提升本業之競爭力，同時整併公司經營權與所有權趨近整體一致。整體而言，本研究發現各企業生命週期階段關鍵之財務預警變數確實具有差異，此一結果可供未來研究與防範公司財務危機時之參考。

雲端遊戲為採用遠端伺服器與人工智慧的全新遊戲串流服務，傳統的電競硬體主要強調的是核心運算性能，然而雲端遊戲的運算幾乎都轉移到遠端伺服器上，因此玩家在遊玩雲端遊戲時所需的電競硬體功能，會與遊玩傳統遊戲時有相當大的需求差異。本研究目的為探討雲端遊戲應用中電競硬體產品的關鍵成功因素，其方法採用文獻探討、強弱危機分析、修正式德菲法、專家與玩家問卷、層級分析法與二維品質模式等方法來進行，以提出產品開發上的實務建議。並首先用修正式德菲法從多項關鍵因素準則構面中挑出重點的部分，排除專家認為不重要的準則。再透過專家問卷與層級分析法排列出各準則構面的重要性排序，最後採用玩家問卷和二維品質模式，從不同切入點將各

準則歸納入個別的品質要素類別中。再將雲端電競硬體產品的各種關鍵因素做篩選、排序與分類，從不同的面向來了解各個關鍵因素的在產品開發時的重要度與其對終端玩家的體驗感受。研究結果顯示玩家在雲端遊戲下關鍵成功因素的重要性排序為「售後服務」、「配戴與握持舒適度」、「連線穩定度」、「重量體積」、「口碑推薦」、「延遲時間」、「品牌形象」、「畫面品質」、「電池續航力」、「雲端遊戲平台相容性」。最後，透過玩家問卷調查和二維品質模式將各準則構面歸類，結論顯示一維品質為「連線穩定度」，當然品質為「延遲時間」，魅力品質為「畫面品質」與「售後服務」，無差異品質為「雲端遊戲平台相容性」、「電池續航力、「佩戴與握持舒適度」
