6005鋁合金之T6熱處理優化

6005鋁合金為Al-Mg-Si系列之熱處理鋁合金,可透過均質化處理 (Homogenization)、固溶處理 (Solid solution treatment, S.T.) 與人工時效 (Artificial aging, A.A.) 提升材料機械性質。本研究針對已均質化6005鋁合金,透過熱力學模擬軟體計算材料平衡相之比例變化作為熱處理參數參考,擬定固溶處理與人工時效之溫度、時間,經由時效硬化熱處理尋找最佳T6熱處理參數,使Mg-Si析出物達到β”狀態,最大化增加6005鋁合金之機械性質。6005鋁合金在525°C、550°C、575°C以同一溫度進行固溶處理,隨固溶時間的增加,硬度

皆有逐漸下降趨勢,顯示粗大Mg-Si析出物經固溶處理皆有效消除,Mg、Si原子均勻固溶擴散至Al基底內。在人工時效方面,以155°C進行人工時效約在32小時達時效硬化峰值(Peak-aged)約123 Hv,其極限抗拉強度為339.7 MPa,伸長率為15.6%。於175°C約在8小時達硬化峰值約118 Hv,其極限抗拉強度為334.6 MPa,伸長率為13.8%。低溫下人工時效Mg-Si化合物需更長時間才會成長為β”,但較為容易有效控制Mg-Si析出物之生長與相變化,故155°C最大硬度峰值略高於175°C最大硬度峰值。考量未來業界應用之6005鋁合金工件尺寸較大與時間成本考量,以550°C

固溶處理4小時,並在175°C人工時效8小時,為本研究建議之最佳T6熱處理參數。

He played for the country’s top amateur sides and turned out for Tottenham Hotspur in wartime matches.All the more remarkable is that Finlay competed at the very highest levels of international athl

etics at the same time as pursuing his demanding career as a Royal Air Force fighter pilot. Joining up as a boy apprentice in the mid-1920s, he qualified as a pilot before the start of the Second World War and found himself in the cockpit of a Supermarine Spitfire, commanding a squadron, during the

Battle of Britain. Shot down and wounded in the Battle, he was soon back in the air and rose through the ranks to command a fighter wing in Burma, ending the war with several ’kills’ to his name, as well as a Distinguished Flying Cross and an Air Force Cross to add to the medals won under less letha

l circumstances on the running track. As a commander, his insistence on strict discipline often led to conflict with his subordinates, but there is no doubt that his methods got results.After the war, still serving in the RAF, Don returned to competitive athletics and was as fast and successful, if

not more so, than ever. By then he was in his 40s, but age was no barrier and several of his greatest hurdling victories came when others would have been long retired from the track, against athletes often twenty years his junior. Don Finlay’s life was to end prematurely, and under tragic circumstan

ces, but his legacy lives on as one of the finest athletes ever to wear the vest of Great Britain, as well as one of ’The Few’.

隨著臺灣哩程發展的愈加繁榮,兌換哩程獎勵機票從事旅遊成為一種新興的計畫模式。過去,哩程酬賓計畫的研究多半偏重在忠誠度、顧客滿意度之間的關聯,對於實務面如何兌換獎勵機票、完成旅程的研究則討論較少,至於環球旅行、環球機票、全日空環球哩程獎勵機票的討論亦相較缺乏。本研究之目的在探討全日空環球哩程獎勵機票之票規限制、哩程累積、環球行程規劃、航班及路線選擇,並分析環球旅人之旅遊動機、旅遊阻礙、旅遊偏好、文化衝擊以及自我成長的影響。研究方法以文獻探討及訪談方式進行。研究結果發現受訪者的旅遊動機源自夢想的朝聖、自我成就的實現;而假期、交通、突發事件、查票難度太高則是環球旅遊最大的阻礙;受訪者並且偏好商務艙

、預算平易近人、較短期緊湊的環球旅遊來滿足需求,以達到遊旅品質、旅遊預算與假期三者間的平衡。此外,在環球旅遊過程中,旅遊者感受到小費、歧視、溝通落差、伊斯蘭文化誤解等文化差異上的衝擊;而面對不同價值間的矛盾、衝突,讓旅遊者遊後成長及產生反思:旅遊不該先入為主,而應抱持開放、不設限、尊重與包容的心態;透過環球旅行,旅遊者學會珍惜擁有,並用更開放的角度去閱覽世界,構築自己真實走過、感受過的世界。
