本研究利用來自生物資源的香草醛與1,3,5-三(溴甲基)苯進行親核性取代，合成一種新型的三官能醛(簡稱:BV)，隨後將BV與市售的胺單體進行縮合反應，得到一系列具有動態共價鍵的聚亞胺類玻璃態高分子(簡稱:BVD)；並透過添加不同的胺單體比例，以獲得最佳的交聯結構，並證明可以透過調整胺比例來調控BVD的各項性能。透過EI-MS結果證實，香草醛與1,3,5-三(溴甲基)苯在經過親核性取代反應後成功合成三官能醛，在570.20 g/mol處出現目標分子量。FT-IR結果顯示在經過44小時固化後，醛單體與胺單體成功縮合並固化得到聚亞胺類玻璃態高分子。UV-VIS分析顯示，薄膜的透光度隨著胺單體的添加

比例提高而降低，但透光度依然可以達到80 %以上。在溶脹率與耐溶劑性分析中，可以觀察到當胺的添加量少於化學計量比時，可以有效避免BVD的解聚。動態機械性質分析顯示在醛單體與胺單體的添加量為化學計量比時，所得之BVD薄膜有最大的儲能模數(8.80 GPa)與交聯密度(1.18 mol L-1)，再添加過量胺單體時會因為有多餘的胺單體殘留，而導致儲能模數(1.46 GPa)與交聯密度(0.19 mol L-1)大幅下降。在機械性質測試顯示，有最高交聯密度的聚亞胺類玻璃態高分子，擁有較高的拉伸強度並且達到71.34 MPa。在自修復測試的部分，可以發現三種比例皆能夠在溫度刺激下進行多次修復，並且機械

性質不會有明顯的變化，顯示出類玻璃態高分子中的動態共價鍵成功在外部刺激下斷開並重新結合。在回收性測試中，利用亞胺鍵易水解的特性，能夠有效的將醛單體回收並且回收率達87.42 %，且回收的醛單體完整的保留其化學結構，使其能夠重新利用再製成薄膜。本研究不僅成功開發出一種源自生物資源的三官能醛，並能夠在控制胺單體比例下獲得可調控性質的類玻璃態高分子薄膜，且此種類玻璃態高分子在未來具有強大的潛力取代熱固性高分子。
