演算法的出現給予了電子化交易重大的影響,許多企業採用演算法來維持自己的競爭優勢,以達到利益最大化。然而其中許多行為卻嚴重限制了競爭,這對已經存在許久的競爭法與執法機關而言,變成了一個急需解決的課題。中國大陸在近幾年躍身成為世界科技強國,對於人工智慧的研究更是不遺餘力。從80年代開始,中國大陸致力發展電腦科技。中國大陸作為世界大經濟體之一,相較其他先進國家而言,競爭法的設立慢了許多。經過各方努力,總算有屬於自己的反壟斷執法標準後,卻又面臨到演算法崛起的競爭。本研究透過文獻分析法,分析並整理中國大陸目前的演算法發展程度,再藉由分析中國大陸著名壟斷案件 - 「百度案」以及「阿里巴巴案」,來探討目前

中國大陸對於演算法與反壟斷的困境與改革方向。其後整合各國反壟斷執法機關針對演算法的因應態度,與中國大陸進行對比。結論則是整理了目前演算法的概況與在中國大陸的發展,並總結了演算法與反壟斷之間的影響後,提出建議。

要了解腫瘤的演化和制訂適當的療程,環境條件如何影響固態腫瘤型態的知識就變得相當重要。在此研究中,我們透過反應-擴散模型去模擬腫瘤的演化過程,並考慮細胞的增生率是養分濃度的函數。我們的模擬結果顯示當環境養分低於一個臨界值時,腫瘤表面就會出現型態不穩定性,並最後造成腫瘤分裂成數個小腫瘤,而腫瘤透過分裂可以增加細胞與養分接觸的表面積,藉此提高在養分缺乏的環境中的生存機率。為了研究此機制,我們透過線性穩定性分析去求出微擾的本徵值和本徵方程式,且此分析結果和模擬的量測結果高度相符。另外,所有理論和模擬數據都顯示提高養分濃度、越強的細胞-細胞吸引力和越大的養分對細胞的擴散係數比例都會抑制腫瘤的不穩定性。
