This parent company is a company originating in Osaka, and its affiliated stores include "Maido Ookini Shokudo" and udon noodles "Tsurumaru" and "Hara Donuts". "Ebinoya" is a tempura specialty store that offers services such as deep-fried food in front of you after receiving an order and all-you-can-eat mentaiko, and now there are 51 stores nationwide (from the company's website). 協同創新是創新資源和要素的有效匯集、深度融合的一種創新模式,對創新强化產業戰略的實施具有積極作用。在協同創新中合作夥伴選擇具有先導性和基礎性作用,直接影響協同創新的績效和目標的實現。因此,本文對醫療器械企業主導的協同創新合作夥伴選擇的基本特徵、動力來源、影響因素、評價指標、和評價模型等問題開展研究。本文以界定協同創新合作的内涵為起點,對醫療器械企業協同創新合作夥伴選擇的機制進行了分析。在此基礎上提出了廣東醫療器械企業合作夥伴選擇的評價模型。通過質性分析(群組特徵根法)優化評價指標體系,然後通過量化分析(層次分析法)來確定評價體系中各層次指標的重要程度。本研究發現廣東醫療器械企業在選擇協同創新

合作夥伴時商業理念兼容、創新能力、關係互惠是最重要的考慮因素。企業專家們特別關注合作夥伴的戰略目標匹配、掌握的專利數量、行業影響、組織文化兼容、和研發緊密程度等指標。最後,本文進一步討論了結果中專家權重的理論與實踐意義。

國內截至目前有關微型企業之研究,多偏重在授信、風險等領域,鮮少就微型企業營利模式與永續經營的議題作研究,特別是在社會責任方面之探討。本論文採個案研究方式,以微型企業成功發展迄今,從事國內外食品代理銷售業務的S公司為例,利用五力分析及SWOT分析等經營理論,研究分析S公司之營利成功關鍵因子及永續經營策略,提供S公司現階段最佳經營策略及設計問卷訪談綱要,經由深度訪談S公司領導階層,得到結論為:(一) 營利模式成功最關鍵因子為創辦人、(二)永續經營面臨之挑戰為同業(水貨)競爭、(三)核心競爭力為多角化經營策略、(四)經營階層世代傳承目前規劃以專業經理人及二代共同治理、(五)永續經營策略為深化商品策

略、關係企業分工、自有品牌經營及開發海外市場、(六)ESG公司治理訂定目標及方案。本研究對S公司之營利成功模式及永續經營策略作探討之結論,有助於後續研究者針對整體食品代理銷售業作探討,使研究結果更趨完善。
