臺灣高等教育的發展無論是量的擴增或質的提升,均有相當豐碩的成果,近年來少子女化浪潮吞噬,社會結構改變,衝擊各大專校院,招生問題日益浮現,隨著學生人數逐年銳縮,招生名額供過於求,致使學校經營艱困,教育體系正面臨前所未見的重大危機,高教技職端更是首當其衝。在社會大眾普遍傳統關念重大學、輕技職,重國立、輕私立的情況下,私立技專校院生存空間面臨嚴峻威脅。在現今社會中網際網路的發達以及網路社群媒體的盛行,單純僅透過傳統面對面的招生形式已成為過去式,各校院如何重新擬定妥適的招生策略與思量如何彰顯校系特色並同時提升教學品質,且利用有限的招生資源與教育行銷模式,透過數位行銷工具的輔助,針對預設客群目標做出有

效的訊息傳遞,已成為重要課題。因此本專案執行研究將實際協助進行明志科技大學進行網路數位行銷招生規劃與執行,由明志科技大學網路數位行銷實驗室與視覺設計服務中心共同承接招生校務委辦研究計畫,以校內產學合作案之形式,協助招生組補足數位趨勢下的網路招生行銷策略。
